Acceptable Use Policy
Zeuxis acceptable use — prohibited AI content, Prompt Sift screening, fail-closed enforcement, and abuse reporting
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to prompts, uploaded source images, AI-generated or edited images, and content stored in Zeuxis Studio history. It complements the Terms of Service and DMCA Copyright Policy.
Zeuxis is operated by an individual developer based in the People's Republic of China. Contact: support@zeuxis.app
Zeuxis is an independent product. AI images are generated through the APIMart (api.apimart.ai) Model Gateway using selectable models including gemini-nano-banana-2.1, flux-3-image, and gpt-image-2. Zeuxis is not an official OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs, or APIMart product, and those providers do not endorse Zeuxis.
Prohibited generation categories
Zeuxis does not allow generation of:
- Pornography or NSFW content.
- Violence or gore.
- Hate speech, hateful imagery, or content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including non-consensual sexual deepfakes, face swaps, or fabricated statements/actions of real individuals, whether or not they consent.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including deceptive use of a protected character, logo, brand, or artwork.
We also prohibit content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, mass violence, or weapons of mass destruction; deceptive spam or fraud; and attempts to bypass Zeuxis safety controls.
Source of uploaded material
You may only upload your own photos, or material for which you have explicit permission from the people depicted. Uploading another person's photos without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading, you must confirm that the material is your own or that you have permission. Permission does not authorize generating the deepfake content prohibited above.
Moderation
Zeuxis uses an enforced pre-generation check for Studio generate and edit:
- Before any Credit spend, user-supplied text is screened by Waffo Prompt Sift. Only an
allowverdict proceeds to the image model.
If Prompt Sift returns block, review, an unreadable result, or is unavailable, Zeuxis fails closed: generation does not run and Credits are not charged. Zeuxis stores redacted moderation records—stage, verdict, reason identifiers when available, and correlation / request ID—but not a second copy of prompt text in the moderation log.
Public gallery content is curated and must comply with this Policy. User reports are reviewed manually by the Zeuxis operator.
Automated moderation can make mistakes and does not replace your obligation to submit lawful content or review output before use.
Reporting
Report suspected violations, child-safety concerns, impersonation, or infringement to support@zeuxis.app. Include the relevant Zeuxis job ID or page, a short explanation, and a way to contact you. Do not email illegal files; describe the content and where it can be found.
The support inbox is monitored by the Zeuxis operator. Critical child safety, terrorism, or credible mass-violence reports are prioritized. Other reports are handled according to severity and available evidence. Zeuxis does not claim a 24/7 moderation team.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and recurrence, Zeuxis can block a request (without charging Credits when blocked before spend), remove saved content, issue a warning, forfeit unused Credits, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Apparent criminal activity may be preserved or reported when required by law. Zero-tolerance violations may lead to immediate removal and a permanent ban.
Appeals
If you believe a request or account was actioned incorrectly, email support@zeuxis.app within 14 days. Include the Prompt Sift request ID or job ID if available and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. Appeals are reviewed manually; we will correct the record or restore access when the evidence supports it.
Changes and contact
Material changes, including a change to the underlying production image models or moderation tools, will be reflected on this page. Safety and policy questions can be sent to support@zeuxis.app.
